"INCEDIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE
A friend wanted to buy me a bike so we could go riding together on the weekends and asked for me to (Go get fitted)for one. We had originally shopped and looked in one of our local area HD Dealerships and they placed me with a female sales person who was not knowledgeable or an experience rider. Since I travel a lot and knew of the Metairie Dealership I was in town on business a few weeks ago and decided to stop by. Chris Dunne, sales manager assisted me taking the time asking all of the appropriate questions, educating me on each bike he thought would be in my best interest. Being less than 100 lbs, 4’11 inches Chris had his work cut out for him. I was impressed how he held the bike and allowed me to feel confident with the weight and taught me how lift it without it feeling the full weight on my legs. Amazed that this was not just a sales job, Chris truly (Customized) the perfect ride for me. Stellar service to say in the least. In addition, I must also mention Sara in your apparel department. She was most informative on new inventory and extremely helpful on locating the perfect fit on the first try. Your receptionist Darlene is just precious. A warm welcome and attentiveness is important and she knows it.
I applaud the Metairie HD Dealership Store management team especially Chris Dunne for his tenacity and patience along with the other staff members for their comment to service and the ability to do it right the first time. I am now a proud owner of a Stunning Black HD Sportster 1200 and will start my riding classes next month.

"I had been looking at SE road kings and the prices were way up there. Then a friend suggested that I check out NOHD. They had the bike, they gave me a "no way" price, I said "ok" figuring that we were going to have the "no that was the base price" conversation when it came time to get the bike. They stuck to the price, rock solid!! Absoultely NOOOOOOO hassels. What a pleasant experience. Then the bike arrived with a few bumps in shipping. Steve Wollak took care of everything. I mean everything. Again NOOOOO hassels. The staff at this dealership is the best. HD should send their factory staff and all dealer management here for training in customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership, and especially Steve to anyone.

"I had surgey on Monday, sadly I got bad news, so I went to purchace my bike on Friday needless to say I was not in the best of moods but that was soon to change.
My experience with the entire staff was very great, from the receptionest at the front door who welcomed me with a smile and made me smile, which felt good, to the salesman Jeff who gave me an excelent buying experence and was very knowledgeable. "On a whim in February I began looking at new Road Kings at my local HD dealer. After 3 visits I was finally able to get someone to acknowledge my presence. I was looking for a vivid black custom. When I asked about trading my '05 Kawasaki Vulcan 800 I was told to sell my P.O.S. myself and come back to see him.I began searching on the internet and sent a request to HDNO. About an hour later I got a call from Rick asking what I was interested in and he told me no problem on a trade. I purchased my first Harley over the phone! "I had been searching for a bike for about 2 months. With bad credit I of course started by looking for a metric bike. No one wanted to even talk to be about financing. I ran accross an auction bike by N.O. H-D. Saw an add about cursed credit. Well, I decided to give it a try. I had gotten used to people telling me "NO" and Jeff Williams said he could do it. Of course I really didn't believe him. We talked it over for a few minutes and "BAM" 2 days later he said YES!!! So, a very, very long time dream came true for me with my new '08 Sportster 1200 custom. That was something I never thought would happen.
From the moment I first called, Jeff made me feel like a family member. The entire staff is as friendly and helpful as can be. I have a few H-D dealers here in the Oklahoma City area but, my heart and business goes to Jeff and New Orleans H-D.

"Great dealership. Attempted to purchase the new Crossbone in Houma and was told we'd have to leave it there on display for a few weeks. They told us they would speak to Bruno and call us shortly. We still haven't heard from them. We know these guys and have been doing business there for years. Called Lisa at N.O. HD and she said, "You buy, you ride." "i had a real bad experience buying my 2004 Harley from baton rouge, and still today its a nightmare, yesterday i brought my harley to you and mrs. "When I first looked at bikes on the New Orleans H-D website, I found the site very easy to navigate and I found a bike that I liked right away. After I saw that prices could only be requested, I was sure that it would take a while before I heard anything back, but within an hour Jeff Williams called me and spent as much time as I needed to tell me about all the bikes in my price range. He also was able to give me his impressions about different bikes which is very helpful because these things don't always come through in photos. When we came to the store to have a look, we found his opinions about the different bikes to pretty much match ours. We made our purchase mainly based on the overall look of the bike and later learned about all of the add-ons that we were getting in the deal. Since I've had the bike I have looked at many others of the same type and I have found that my bike is a great value and the look is distinctive. Even if I had chosen to spend more, I don't think I could have found a bike better suited to me. It has most of the add-ons I would have wanted and the price was fair. Thank you everyone at N.O. "We wanted to purchase an 08 Street Glide and shopped around several Harley Davidson Dealers. We went to our local Dealer, the one we had done business with for the past three years but we were unable to make a realistic deal with them. We began a search on the internet and found New Orleans Harley Davidson and in particular, Jeff Williams and Eric Salem at the Metairie store. From the first conversation with Jeff, he provided us with the information we needed, he worked with us on our trade and put together the deal we had tried to obtain here locally. Jeff kept us informed on each step of the deal. He knew the Street Glide, it's options, it's new features and was happy to explain everything along the way. We drove to the Metairie store, with our trade in the trailer and upon our arrival, Jeff was there to greet us. He showed us around the store, visiting each department and he then introduced us to Eric Salem in F & I. The entire experience with these folks was fantastic. All the details were covered and explained and what we were told by Jeff and Eric prior to going, was exactly the way it was when we got there to pick up our new Harley. We've been riding Harley Davidson Motorcycles for over 30 years. We've owned several Harley Davidson Motorcycles. The folks at New Orleans (Metairie) Harley Davidson are great to work with, they go above and beyond to help you and they are probably the most honest Harley Davidson folks we've ever had dealings with. There was not one problem in connection with our deal, picking the new Harley up and getting back on the road to Tennessee. We'll recommend them to everyone we know that is looking to purchase a new Harley.

"In looking for an 08 Street Bob in Pewter Denim, I contacted 6 dealers. I started locally and worked my way out. One was no help at all, two were nice and would order the bike. One said he would locate the bike and get it, but when it came time to talk about getting it he was almost backing out of getting it. I spoke with Eric, and he said he would find one. Not only did he find it, but he was quick about going and getting it. This bike was for my wife. The deal went flawlessly. Super Dave, was very knowledgable and helpful throughout the process. I was impressed by being introduced to all of the departments and the help we were offered and recieved by all. The gift card promotion was a great benefit, but I am extremely pleased with the first service being performed at no charge. One dealer salesman at another dealership, told me he could sell me the bike, but could guarantee being able to service the bike. Not the case with this dealer.
Being in sales myself for over 20 years, it was such a great pleasure to be treated like a customer!! Thank you. As a matter of fact, I appreciated it so much, I purchased a 08 Anniv. Road Glide the following week. I just picked it up today and the treatment was just a good as the first purchase.

"I gave you 5 stars in all catagories because you deserve them! I have purchase 3 scoots from the Airline Store and was satisfied with 2 out of 3 (I never should have bought the Roadster...too small) and that one was my fault for not doing enough research before buying it.
I just got the 08 Dyna Screamin Eagle this month and my salesman LJ went all out for me. The trade in on my 05 Heritage was more than fair and I rolled out on this awesome bike after working out the financing with Bridget less than an hour after walking in to see it.
Everybody at the dealership LJ, Gus, Bob, Greg, Diane, Big George, Bubbles, and Laurie are the friendliest people I have ever met....maybe it's because they live amoung all those great lookin rides. They always call me by name and that's means a lot to your customers.

"I was looking for a Black and White Gold Pearl Softtail Deluxe and had visited several dealers in Georgia to find one. They neither had one on the showroom floor or were willing to spend time to look for one. I started looking out of state via the internet. I started to contact dealers in the southeast that I knew about including Bruce Rossmeyer in Daytona(Worlds Largest Harley Dealer?)In all I sent 13 emails out to dealers stating what I wanted and all 13 came back with the same results. Didn't have one on the floor and were not interested in looking for one, but they did have other colors I could look at. A friend asked if I had tried New Orleans Harley Davidson and I had not but sent an email to them excepting the same results. Gary with NOHD emailed me back that day and said he would be glad to find what I was looking for and in a few days he did. We drove to New Orleans to pick the bike up and meet Gary. "I have been riding since my first honda 90 when I was 6. I am now 47. My hats off to the New Orleans Harley Davidson dealership, especially Jeff Williams. Since my first visual of a big Harley I have dreamed of owning what is now an Elctra Glide Ultra Classic. Jeff fulfilled that dream for me. I litterally searched Harley dealerships throughout the United States and was treated the best and given the best deal at New Orleans. Not to knock any dealer, but I am 15 minutes from a legend in the sport of Harley Racing who owns a large dealership in NC and could not get a deal through them. I have friends that own dealerships that could not do for me what Jeff, and the staff did at New Orleans. I pick up my dream bike on the 28th of June and am looking forward to meeting everyone and giving each and every one of them a personal "THANK YOU!". "I am writing this letter to let you know how pleased I am in the purchase of my 2006 Heritage Classic. I have been riding motorcycles since I was very young (now 42). In my life I have never owned a Harley. My street bikes have been Honda and Suzuki. My latest cruiser was a great motorcycle, Suzuki Boulevard C90. This bike had everything you wanted to include a nice ride. I thought this would be the bike I kept for a long time. However I still could not keep my attention off of Harley Davidson. A few weeks ago I was in Alabama and saw a Heritage Classic two-tone Deep Cobalt/Silver. That had to be the best looking color I had seen on a Harley and this would be the color I would want. Well as fate would have it I found the same bike at your store. I did not know at the time I would be driving away on that bike. One of your salesmen Dave "Super Dave" Kayes made it all happen. He in fact made my life long dream to own a Harley come true. He treated me like I was his family. That's truly taking care of the customer.
