Requesting a Donation

Thank you for considering New Orleans Harley-Davidson® for your fundraising event and creating a partnership with your cause. The employees, clubs and businesses associated with New Orleans Harley-Davidson® look forward to participating and contributing to the New Orleans community and surrounding area over the years to come.

New Orleans Harley-Davidson® strives to be a good corporate citizen. In the New Orleans H-D's mission, it is our chosen responsibility to make substantial and significant contributions in order to strengthen the social, educational, and cultural fabric of this community. We recognize there are many causes worthy of support, but by focusing our resources in one area we feel our impact is greater.


New Orleans Harley-Davidson® will try to respond to your contribution request if we can identify with the effort or the cause. We try not to base our

decision upon whether our own self-interest will be helped by responding or hurt by not responding.

We will ask three questions:

1. Is your organization or event clearly non-profit or charitable? If not, we consider you to be a customer and we thank you for your patronage.

2. Is your request coming from an organization which will improve the educational, cultural or civic vitality of this community?

3. Does contributing to your organization touch on our prioritized areas of concern?

Due to the exceedingly large number of inquiries, please understand that we are unable to grant all requests. It is important to receive applications in a timely manner, which will allow requests to be reviewed in a time frame conducive to your organization and our ability to grant requests. New Orleans Harley-Davidson® will review requests on a weekly basis and recipients will be notified accordingly. We request that your organization complete and submit the following Donation Request Form via fax or in person. Form must be submitted at least 45 days prior to event.
