Requesting a Donation

The employees, clubs and businesses associated with New Orleans Harley-Davidson® look forward to participating and contributing to the New Orleans community and surrounding area over the years to come.

In the New Orleans H-D's mission, it is our chosen responsibility to make substantial and significant contributions in order to strengthen the social, educational, and cultural fabric of this community. Due to the exceedingly large number of inquiries, please understand that we are unable to grant all requests. It is important to receive applications in a timely manner, which will allow requests to be reviewed in a time frame conducive to your organization and our ability to grant requests. New Orleans Harley-Davidson® will review requests on a weekly basis and recipients will be notified accordingly. We request that your organization complete and submit the following Donation Request Form via fax or in person. Form must be submitted at least 45 days prior to event.
